Warranty

Our  Warranty:

We warranty your vinyl patio cover / pergola or other structure to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser (20 years for commercial applications). Our warranty includes coverage for peeling, rot, blistering, splitting, rusting, flaking and corroding when subject to use under normal conditions.

Our warranty is non transferable and does not cover failure or defects caused by damage from misuse, impact, fire, flood, wind or other acts of God, settling or shearing caused by earth movement, damage caused by painting or application of any foreign coating, failure to properly maintain the structure, damage caused by normal weathering, mildew, acid rain, harmful chemicals, or surface discoloration caused by pollutants in the air.

To activate your warranty, fill out the registration form included with your structure with in 10 days of receipt and return it to us. In the unlikely event that you will ever have to file a claim, we will access your information using your name and address.

To make a claim, simply notify us in writing within 15 days of noticing the defect, and provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage. Describe the problem you are having and provide the name and address of the installing contractor if there was one.

If the product is deemed to be defective, Finyl Vinyl Inc. will at its sole discretion either replace the defective material or provide a refund for the defective part or product. Finyl Vinyl Inc. will not be liable for labor charges or other expenses in connection with removal or installation of either the original or replacement product.

The sum total of all oral or written warranties are contained herein. Finyl Vinyl Inc. makes no other warranties as to the serviceability of its products and the extent of its liability. The purchasers remedy is limited to repair or refund at Finyl Vinyl's option. This exclusion may not apply in some states.
