As a customer you have the right to professional courteous assistance throughout the entire ordering, shipping and installation process. We have the responsibility to ensure that process is stress free. So here's what we commit to:
1. Efficient Order Service
Professional Representatives will help you throughout the ordering process.
2. Timely Shipping
Your order will ship usually within 10 working days, we strife to maintain this time frame. There may be delays caused by seasonal peaks in work load or material shortages from our vendors. We will do everything in our power to meet the shipping time frame quoted. If you have a critical time frame for delivery please let us know at time of order and we will make every effort to meet your needs, but we can not offer delivery time guarantees.
Shipment will be by common carrier. The carrier will contact you prior to delivering the structure to you address. If the shipment is being made to a residential address in some cases it may require special equipment (pallet jack, lift gate) for offloading, (there will be an extra charge for this). In most cases your structure will be strapped to a pallet, the straps are easily cut and the pallet can be hand unloaded. The driver is not required to help you unload, please arrange for help to unload your structure. Deliveries made to a commercial facility will be made during normal business hours.
Please make sure that you check your shipment for any damage, count all the boxes and make sure that the number reconciles with the manifest. Report any damage or shortage immediately to the driver, make sure that it is recorded on the delivery receipt before signing it. Any damage to the shipment that was not visible at the initial inspection needs to be reported promptly. Failure to follow these instructions may prevent the filing of a claim for damages, making you responsible for the cost of replacement parts.
3. Installation Assistance
In an effort to provide comprehensive information we have will provide complete installation instructions at time of shipment of your order (for do it yourself projects only). Should you have any questions we will have experts at your disposal by phone to talk you through any issues you are struggling with.
Returns must be authorized in advance by us. Returns are not allowed after 30 days of receipt of product. All returned goods are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and return shipping costs. Clearance items may not be returned. Return products must be shipped back in the original shipping containers in the original packing materials.All return items must be unused, undamaged and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Finyl Vinyl Inc. will assume no liability for shipping damage.
Custom, made to order products may not be returned: These items are unique and can not be resold. Only custom products that do not materially conform to the drawings provide by us will be exempt from this policy.
5. Building Permits
Requirements for building permits vary greatly from region to region and from municipality to municipality, therefore we can not give advice about building codes in your area. If you have any questions regarding building codes in your area please contact your local building department. Failure to obtain a building permit is not an acceptable reason for returning a structure.
