PRODUCT WARRANTY
We warranty your Finyl Vinyl product to be defect free for life to the original purchaser, our warranty is non transferable. Think about it, a lifetime of maintenance free enjoyment from your Finyl Vinyl product that will retain its charm and structural integrity into the next generation.
    
II. Fill out the warranty registration form included with your vinyl product within 10 days of receipt and mail it to us.  In the unlikely event that you will ever have to file a claim, we will access your information using your name and address.

III. To make a claim simply notify us by letter within 30 days of noticing the defect, and provide proof of purchase and a photograph.

IV. Finyl Vinyl Inc. will at its sole discretion either replace the defective material or refund the product.  The manufacturer will not be liable for labor charges or other expenses in connection with removal or installation of either the original or replacement product.

V. Finyl Vinyl Inc. does not warrant against miss-use, damage resulting from improper installation, improper handling and storage, acts of God and exposure to extreme environmental pollutants.

Most Finyl Vinyl products are available in kit form ready for home owner installation. In areas where we have installers, we can install your purchase at an additional charge. Our installers are factory trained and have years of experience installing vinyl products.

When ordering a kit for self installation it will come with a complete set of easy to follow illustrated instructions. If any questions come up that you feel are not adequately covered by the instructions our customer service hot line is available for you from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.

We also stand ready to help you with any custom projects you may have in mind. Let your imagination run wild, if it can be made out of wood we can most probably make it out of vinyl. Call our customer service line and ask for the design department, what could be simpler.

If you are required to get a building permit for your new Finyl Vinyl product, please contact your local building department for code requirements. We are unable to provide specific code requirements for your area, as there are too many variables from city to city.

Your vinyl structure will usually ship within 10 working days from receipt of your order. You will be notified when your product is shipped by e-mail or phone. This gives you time to arrange things at your home for the delivery.

 You will receive confirmation of your order by email or US Mail from us, with a projected shipping date within 5 business days from time of purchase. We will also notify you if there are any additional shipping charges required.

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number, with this number you can go on line and check the location and status of your order with the shipping company 24/7.
